Who this covers

Zenith Corporate Consultants (Zenith Filings) is a professional services business. Clients hand registration, accounting, tax and compliance work to our Experts and follow that work online. This policy explains how we handle the information of clients and visitors to our website.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
• Business details: your company or business name, address and the details that a service needs from you.
• Your requests:the answers you give to a service's questions, the documents you upload and the messages in a request's conversation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser details and request logs that we need to keep the service secure and working, and a history of important actions on accounts and requests (who changed what, and when).

How we use it

• To create your account, verify your email address and keep you signed in.
• To understand your requirement, prepare your quotation and carry out your work.
• To keep you updated on progress and remind you of what is needed from you.
• To protect the platform: scanning uploads for viruses, limiting abuse and investigating problems.
• To keep a record of changes so that work and decisions can be traced.

We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

Who can see it

• You see your own account and requests.
• The people working on your request (your relationship manager and our Experts) see that request, its documents and its conversation.
• Zenith staff and administrators can see requests and accounts so they can assign work and support you.

Your documents stay under your ownership and control.

Services that help us run Zenith

To provide the platform we use other providers, who handle data only for that purpose:

• Email delivery (Resend), to send verification codes.
• WhatsApp messaging, to send one-time codes for sign-in and password reset.
• Database hosting and file storage, where your data and uploaded documents are kept.

Cookies

Zenith uses one essential cookie, a secure sign-in (refresh) cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping your data safe

Access to data is limited by role, uploads are scanned before they are stored, passwords are hashed and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as the law or the records of completed work require. The history of changes is kept so that accounts and requests stay traceable.

Your choices

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased where we no longer need it. You can update most details yourself from your profile. Asking us to erase data does not remove records we must keep by law.

Children

Zenith is for adults and businesses. It is not meant for people under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where it affects how we use your data, tell you in the product.
